  currently i owned a free blog site on wordpress now i want to replace the domain name and hosting which i would like to purches from hostinger . How can i do it ??

  You can follow the guide at https://move.wordpress.com/ to transfer your content from WordPress.com to a new self hosted site. Hope that helps!
