Regarding Jetpack connection issue

    I have installed jetpack but getting following error while connect to jetpack.

    ‘Error Details: The Jetpack server could not communicate with your site’s XML-RPC URL. If you have the W3 Total Cache plugin installed, deactivate W3 Total Cache, try to Connect to WordPress.com again, reactivate W3 Total Cache, then clear W3 Total Cache’s cache.’

    My XML-RPC is enabled. and don’t have W3 Total Cache plugin. I had installed wp super cache but i deactivated it and then tried. But still same issue was there.

    Also i have contacted to jetpack support. They told that XML-RPC running well and given following command to fire .

    curl -A ‘Jetpack by WordPress.com’ -is -H ‘Content-Type: text/xml’ –data ‘<?xml version=’1.0′?><methodCall><methodName>demo.sayHello</methodName><params></params></methodCall>’ ‘http://www.mysite.com/xmlrpc.php’ && echo

    I had fired that and got many things in response like ‘server error. requested method demo.sayHello does not exist.’

    So my host provider tells me that there is faulty installation of wordpress.

    Now please suggest us for solution.

    Thanks in advance.

  • Hi @testketan, your very best bet is to continue working on Jetpack support with this, since we’ll just be in the middle otherwise.

    If you haven’t already, though, use the special debug contact form. That’s in your Jetpack Dashboard under Debug. It sends Jetpack support additional details.
