    i have my domain name zupturn.com from go daddy .i have linked to wordpress. now i want to know that is it linked perfectly or not .and how i will put this in search on google.
    how i can put different tags for search in google in wordpress

    Hi @ranjay5, as I see the domain zupturn.com is not correctly mapped to WordPress.com . As far as I can see, the domain is only redirected to WordPress.com ( and the redirect is not correct, it looks the domain is redirected to zuturn.wordpress.com instead zupturn.wordpress.com. )

    In order to properly point your domain name zupturn.com to WordPress.com, please read and follow this article.

    Regarding your other questions, unfortunately, there is no way ( or at least I never heard about one ) to force Google index your website. This is a natural process and at some point, it will happen – for the beginning, you could focus on posting quality content on your blog and Google will do the rest. However, speaking about search engines, I think you will find the following articles very interesting:

    Hi there,
    • To check if your site is linked perfectly to your domain(registered via GoDaddy), you can just type in that address on your browser’s address bar and click enter, if the your site is loaded then it’s linked perfectly, if not then you might wanna wait for a while because it sometime takes about 72 hours to propagate the DNS changes throughout the internet, although it takes a really less time sometimes as well. It all depends upon how quickly your ISP updates the DNS records.

    If you are not sure about, you have linked your domain correctly or not, then read this official support document by WordPress about mapping your domain to the WordPress site: https://en.support.wordpress.com/map-existing-domain/, make sure you have followed all the steps correctly given in that document.

    • To put your site on search engines, the only step you need to do from your site is to ensure that you have good quality content on your site that people are searching for and also make sure your site is public on your <a href=”https://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/”
    >privacy settings, so that it can be visible to every one and can be indexed by search engines(like Google).

    While you can control the basic privacy settings and the content for your blog or website, you cannot control when your site will get picked up by a search engine or how they will rank your site.
