Regarding non-receipt of refund

    I purchased WordPress Personal Package 2023.08.17 for $48. But I was not satisfied with that and canceled the package that day. It’s been 14 days, but still the money has not been credited to my account. Please give me my money as soon as possible

    Hi there!

    Our record shows that a refund was successfully issued from our end. You can see the refund receipt at https://wordpress.com/me/billing

    Please note that some banks/card issuers can take a full billing cycle to either remove the original purchase from the statement or show the refund as a separate transaction. Please contact your card issuer/bank regarding the status of the refund. From our end, it was issued on August 17.
