Regarding Password

    I have an existing website http://www.fahrschule-mentor.de I forgot the password and have been trying to recover or reset the password but every time I am getting an email from WordPress it says click the link down to reset the password but there is no link attached.

    my user name is georgesood and my registered email is (email visible only to moderators and staff).

    Seeking your help

    Hi there,

    Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, so we cannot help with this. The password for that site has no connection to your WordPress.com account, but is stored in your site’s database on your hosting provider’s servers. We don’t have any access there to help you reset it.

    If the site is not registered at WordPress why I am getting on the email not the link.

    This is the latest email I received from WordPress but there is no reset link:

    I am not getting the link to reset the password, Need your help I need to update my website and I am trying fro last 2 months..

    As @kokkieh mentioned above, those emails are not sent from us. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two independent entities. We are not able to help you as we have no control over your account or the automatic emails.

    Try asking for help here: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/; I’m sure someone will have a suggestion.
