  I want to buy a custom domain. I don’t have a credit card. I have a MasterCard. When I try to make payment with it, I am not able to proceed. Can I pay through net banking?

  It sounds like you will need to talk to Paypal (our payment processor. Here is the error we are seeing:

  10486: This transaction couldn’t be completed. (This transaction couldn’t be completed. Please redirect your customer to PayPal.)
