  I’m trying to make the payment for the purchase the pack but it’s not allowing the card

  Hi janavarthe,

  I’ve checked your account and the payment isn’t being blocked by WordPress.com. The error I’m seeing suggests it was declined by your bank or card provider, so I recommend contacting them for more information.

  I also recommend checking whether your card supports international payments — this isn’t always enabled by default.

  If you get that sorted and want to try again, I’ll be happy to check the payment went though successfully on our side afterwards.
