    It seems that the payment was redirected to your local gateway and is still pending. Please give it some time, if you were charged anything, it should be refunded.
    If no refund is issued and the charge still appears on your statement, let us know and we’ll try to investigate some more.

    The charges are deducted and still there is no refund after 24 hours.
    So Kindly look into the matter and investigate as i have updated Reference no also and the amount deduction and time.

  • I’ve reached out to our billing team and they confirmed that the payment is still processing on our end. It seems that this is not rare with Net Banking to have the charge pending to resolve in 5 days. In those cases the charge will either get through and the subscriptions would be automatically added to your site or, it will fail and a refund will be issued.

    I know it doesn’t sound ideal but the best course of action would be to wait.

    If you prefer, you may also purchase the subscriptions again – if the original one fails you’d be automatically refunded and, if it goes through, we would refund it for you.

    Its a long time passed for my payment deduction. But there is no any kind of refund issued in my account. I have taken subscription from second billing of payment. Kindly reply and tell me when will i receive my payment back in my account. Give me the refund reference number from your end. Kindly give me the update as too many days has passed.

    It seems that the original payment failed so we never received the money. If you do not see a refund, please check your statement to see if the original charge has been removed from it – this is probably what happened here.

    I have shared reference number also in my first post.
    This shows that money is in your hand. So either refund it from your end because we have not received this money back. I am waiting this money after a long time.

    I had a look at your account, and I see the premium plan and domain, geobag.in, which you bought, added to your account on 23 September. It looks like that purchase was completed around two hours after the last reply we gave you on the 23rd.

    So your upgrades were correctly added, and you should see them if you visit https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/.

    In order to issue a refund, we’ll need to cancel that plan and domain. Please confirm if you want us to do that.

    Note that by cancelling the domain you give up ownership of it, and we cannot guarantee that you’ll be able to register it again in future should you decide you want it back.

  • That number is not a WordPress.com transaction ID. Can you tell me where you got that number?

    I’m asking our billing team to check for a second transaction on our payment processor’s end, as I don’t see any additional transaction for you in our internal tools.

    Sir this is the word press reference number. I have checked it so many times. i have done two payments one is successful for this domain purchase but other one i done on 22nd Sept 2020 and also i have shared reference number [redacted by staff] and amount is 3360 rupees.   • Our billing support team confirmed that the 22 September transaction was cancelled on Net Banking’s end, and we never received that payment.

    If you’ve not received that back into your account, please contact your bank directly so they can look into this from their end.
