Regarding plan

I have buyed a plan with wordpress credit. Later i difn’t find that plan suitable for me, so i decided to unsubscribe it. Later from one of happiness engineer i came to know that i can’t get wp credit back and that happiness engineer isn’t replying to the conservation any more. Please help me out. Now i want to buy a premium plan.

Hi there,
The credits we added to your account were (like the coupon code) a one time offer for the purchase of a plan. Since you have canceled the plan we can no longer redeem you the credits.

But i didn’t like that plan thats why i have to remove it. And secondly, i didn’t know much about wp, i am new here. Just did things by mistake. Help me out.

Hi there,
I can restore the cancelled Personal Plan to your site, and then you can upgrade to Premium or Business at which point you’ll receive an automatic discount for the cost of the Personal Plan that’s already there. But as we’ve said in this thread, we cannot refund credits, nor is it possible to re-use a coupon code.
Please confirm if we should restore the plan for you.

Yes restore it. But i have doubts, restoration plan will count from which day? And secondly, of i upgrade plan after 6 months then upgrade cost will decrease or not and will it last 6 months for a year?

The plan will be restored from the day it was reinstated.
If you upgrade as described that purchase would be reduced.

Thanks. I have an extra 210inr in my wp credits they are not there any more. What happened, will you also restore them? So that plan will be less costly to me.
