  Dear Sir/Ma’am,
  The problem is I don’t have 10k (9,600) instantly to buy the plan to startup my business account, So I request you to please make it monthly payment for me.
  I really want my website to be live so that I can start something of my own.
  It’s my humble request to you to allow me to pay me monthly. That will be a huge help from your side.

  Hi there, sadly, monthly payments are not offered on WordPress.com. All paid plans are billed annually or every two years and are paid in advance.
