  The following payment methods are available for annual payments in specific countries:

  Belgium: Bancontact
  Brazil: bank transfers (selected banks only)
  China: Alipay, WeChat Pay
  Germany: Giropay
  India: Net Banking
  The Netherlands: iDEAL
  Poland: Przelewy24 (P24)

  You will automatically be shown the payment methods available in your region. If a payment option is not visible, it is not available. In addition, not all methods may be available for monthly payments.

  Therefore my assumption is that you are correct, you will only be able to see the payment options that are available in your region.
