Regarding plan upgrade

    I am looking for a better and easier way to build my website. Currently I am not able to customize it smoothly. If I try to install a plugin like elementor, it asks for an upgrade and even with the upgraded plan, I am not able to retain my domain name as it is.

    Could you please suggest what I should be doing to build my website smoothly?

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    Hey there!

    Using Elementor on a WordPress.com website requires at least the Creator plan. At the moment, I see no paid plans on your account. Could you share with us what is the website you’re in need of help?

    Also, I can confirm that a plugin-enabled WordPress.com website cannot have the name.wordpress.com free site address as its main URL and that will change to name.wpcomstaging.com until you get a custom domain.
