Regarding plugin-install

  When i try to open add-new plugin it result with this error
  “PHP Warning: An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with WordPress.org or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums. (WordPress could not establish a secure connection to WordPress.org. Please contact your server administrator.) in C:Inetpubvhostscrazy4ad.inhttpdocswp-adminincludesplugin-install.php on line 83″

  The site you are asking about does not seem to be hosted on WordPress.COM so you need to make friends over at WordPress.ORG the keepers of the software you are using.
