Regarding private posts

  I discovered quite by accident tonight that changes to posts had been going to certain readers. This was no big deal until I discovered that even changes to PRIVATE posts were being emailed. It seems to me that posts designated as private should be excluded from changes being emailed out. Through this feature, one of my private posts was emailed to several readers. I have changed my blog by uncheck the box that says to send changes to certain emails, but this seems like a glitch in WordPress. Is it?
