regarding putting a widget

  i want to put in a script for a community widget, provided by company called ‘Memeni’. It is supposed to be placed in the sites HTML.
  How can i do that ?

  We have code restrictions at wordpress.COM. No javscript widgets or iframes can be used on any wordpress.COM hosted sites.
