  I cancelled base plan, but still now I didn’t get refund money.

  Hi there,

  To get a refund, you need to cancel your upgrade plan before 30 days of purchase and domain registration before 48 hours. If you are under expiration period, you can claim for a refund.

  As you mentioned cancelling plan, I’ve added modlook tag for staff assistance. Staff will soon help you out with this.

  Your account shows 2,400 ₹ was refunded on 22nd October 2017. If you need it, there is a copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History:

  We have sent a refund so the next step is to contact your bank and ask if there any processing delays at their end. Refunds usually take 7-14 business days to reach your account but international refunds (outside the US) can take longer. Processing times also vary depending on your bank or card provider.

  The transaction ID on the refund receipt can be used to help your bank locate the refund on their system.
