Regarding refund.

  It’s been more than a week, and i haven’t received my refund of Rs. 4200 INR. Please tell me when will I receive the refund.

  Hi there,

  Refunds typically take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.

  We refunded you on 1 January, and there have been two weekend days since then, so it’s only been five business days so far.

  Additionally, exactly how long this takes depends on your bank. We process the refund immediately on our end, but we don’t have any control over how long your bank takes to process it on theirs and return the funds to your account with them.

  If you still don’t see the refund in your account by this time next week, please contact your bank directly for more information.
