Regarding Refund

    Dear WordPress,

    I paid for a premium plan and while unsubscribing I mistakenly pressed downgrade to personal. I proceeded downgrade back to a free user.

    I was wondering if I will still be refunded my full 96 euros?

    Yes, that refund was processed immediately. It typically takes about ten days for the funds to reach you. There’s still a free site on the account that you can use via dylanventura.wordpress.com. Write back if you need more help.
