Regarding refund

    Hello. I purchased a premium plan on 13th May, 2020. Due to some problems, I had cancelled the plan on the same day and applied for a refund. However, I have not received the refund yet. It has been around one month. Please take a look into the matter and reply asap.

    We processed that refund on 13 May, so if you don’t see it yet, it might be an issue on your bank’s end. As you cancelled on the same day as the payment, it’s possible your bank just negated the original charge on the statement, rather than adding a new entry indicating the refund. Please contact them directly to ask about that. You can give them the transaction ID from our payment processor that appears on the refund receipt as a reference:

    If they ask for an ARN number, let us know and we can email that to you.
