Regarding refund for a domain

I have bought this domain yesterday, but I want to create a new domain as I am not exactly happy with the name. I cannot find the cancel and refund option in my purchases and moreover it has been said that I can get a full refund on a domain in the first 48 hours. Can someone please look into this asap. Thank you.

When will I be getting my refund and will I be getting a mail or something to inform that the domain is removed and is up for a refund because I haven’t received any such mail yet

You don’t receive an email in the case of a manual refund, but you can view a receipt in your billing history, here:

All refunds, whether you cancel yourself or whether staff issues the refund for you, takes around 10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank. This is explained here:
