Regarding refund for domain “thecookstudio.in”

    Hello!
    I have cancelled my domain subscription for “thecookstudio.in” which was renewed on 12th March 2018 automatically. I would be getting a refund of $13. My card through which the amount was deducted has been blocked by the bank permanently. So I would request you to kindly transfer the money in my bank account. Please provide me the details for the concerned person teith whom I have to share my bank details.

    Hi Aayushi,

    We can only refund you to the same payment method (credit card) you used for your purchase.

    As the refund is now completed on our end you need to contact your bank and ask them to reroute the refund to your bank account.
