    Regarding renewal

    1. Try renewing directly from your dashboard by selecting the subscription and clicking Renew or Upgrade.
    2. Double-check bank or payment method status too; sometimes payment failures cause issues.

    The community support can’t process renewals, so you will need to reach out to WordPress.com support staff for billing problems. Or they may contact you directly on email.
