You’ll see that there has been some information removed from the thread. We do that because these are public forums which get indexed by search engines. The information posted is specific to recovering your account and if someone else got hold of it they could recover your account as well.
This purchase was made under a different user account. When signing in to the pavanlive21 user account you would not see it, that’s expected.
I’ve tried to locate the account based on the information previously shared but didn’t have any luck. Do you know the site URL or address registered with that upgrade? I should be able to help get you in to the correct account with the site information. Thanks.

I have also tried to locate the transaction without success. Can you post the email address (which will be redacted) or username you’ve used to signup? Please also verify you’ve bought a plan from WordPress.com and not another hosting company.
As a reminder, please don’t post any public information other than your email addresses in the forums.
