Regarding storage, bandwidth , themes and plugins

  if I purchase a WordPress business plan, what is the limitation of bandwidth, storage?
  and am I eligible for all the paid plugins and themes. for example the advance plugins of adverts and elementor. i f i choose to start with monthly plan is it possible to migrate to yearly plan later.

  We don’t have bandwidth limitations, but the storage limitation for the Business Plan is 200 GB: https://wordpress.com/support/space-upgrade/

  All themes will work here, and most plugins will work here, but we do have a few incompatible plugins: https://wordpress.com/support/incompatible-plugins/

  And yes, you can switch to an annual plan at any time. :)
