regarding structure of blog posts

  When I submit a new post to my blog, you have to scroll right down in order to read the next one, and scroll right past that one to read the previous one etc etc… Is there a way of condensing previous posts so that readers don’t have to scroll through each and every post to read it’s predecessor? Maybe a ‘read more’ function so that readers can get a glimpse of each post before deciding to read it and eliminating the need to scroll through every post I publish? Thanks, Stoo
