I took a look, and it doesn’t look like there’s any history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity under the account you’re currently logged into, so we’re limited to what we can help with and advise here.
If you have the transaction IDs from charges on this account, you can use the Account Recovery form to prove ownership of the site, then WordPress.com support can help you from there. You can find that form here:

Just fill out as much information as you have, including an email address where Support can get in touch. The transaction ID will be on your bank statement as

This is not my real account. As I said I lost my account. I made this account so that I can communicate with WordPress support because if you want to contact the support team, you need an account. My real account username is pupubaba and my domain name is hsrana.com. Unfortunately, my plan expired on 6 May 2022. I want to renew it, but I cannot log in for the past few months because of email loss. When I tried to recover the account through bank transaction id, it was not working because my plan is expired. I have bank detail when I bought a plan from wordpress.com.

Also Today I found old mail which is regarding changing email requests.
I requested change my email address from (email visible only to moderators and staff) to (email visible only to moderators and staff) on 13 June 2020. By mistake, I wrote
my email (email visible only to moderators and staff) here my actual mail is (email visible only to moderators and staff).
After changing an email I lost my account. (email visible only to moderators and staff) this not a valid email address. -

I’m not sure where you got that number, but that is not a valid transaction ID for any payment made to us. You can find the steps to retrieve a valid transaction ID from a past bank statement here:

You don’t need to have access to your WordPress.com account. The transaction ID can be found on your card statement. Here’s how to do that:
