    Hello, hope this the last time I am sending you an email before you sort this out. Every time you reply with me some links that how can I recover my account to see why am I being charged? It’s not gonna work that way???

    I told you that may be somebody has used my details or bank cards? I have seen few days back I was charged from wordpress Sanfrancisco for 70 euro. [redacted by staff] is the transaction ID. My name is [redacted by staff] and I was charged on [redacted by staff]. My blog name was used as mytriangle.blog. So, please sort this out as soon as you can. I had to open this wordpress account to see whats going on? I know it’s a different account.

    TIt looks like those subscriptions were purchased in 2017 and have been automatically renewing every year. As far as I can see, the billing details haven’t changed.
    With the details you provided us, you could have regained access to the account and manage the subscriptions directly from there – that is why my colleagues were providing you with links to Account Recovery.

    I have now gone ahead and canceled both the plan and domain mytriangle.blog. Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, but some banks may require more time to process the refund.
