Regarding the purchasing on wordpress bussiness plan

  I purchased a WordPress business plan. The amount of this plan is 9600 INR. But I did not get any plan and my money was deducted from my account. I check my payment details on ‘Why was I charged?’ it shows ‘Found it!’ but when I click on ‘view your receipt button’ there is no receipt shows in my account. Also, there are no purchase details in my account. Please check this problem and give me a suitable solution.

  It sounds like it may have been purchased under a different user account than the one you’re using here. Did you register a site or domain with the plan? Please share that information.
