Hi Suresh,
Your site is not appearing at your domain because the Business Plan that allowed you to connect that domain to your WordPress.com site expired a month ago and is no longer on your account.
Additionally, purchases are currently blocked for your account. I see you’ve already opened a support ticket with our billing support team, so please be patient while waiting for them to reply via email, as that’s not something we can help with here in the forums.
