Regarding the wordpress upgrade features

    Hi,

    I need to update my installed theme. In the free account i don’t have the the feature using which i can update theme, install plugin, implement my own code and do changes etc.

    So please let me know that after upgrading my wordpress account what features you will provide to me. Further i want to know what would be the best plan for me which i can get full access.

    Please provide me full information with plan so that i can choose the best plan as per my requirements.

    That’s right, because you have a WordPress.com blog. If you want those features you need paid independent hosting at about $120 a year, a custom domain at $20 or so, and software from WordPress.org.

    There is no upgrade here that will give those things to you. You have to start a completely separate blog elsewhere.
