  Is there any option to not allow the display of the time of publishing of my post at all?

  Can you please share your site’s address?

  Yes, you can hide the publishing date of your post on your WordPress.com site, go to My sites -> Design -> Customize -> Content option then u can uncheck the date option box.

  Note: Not every theme supports Content Options, but most newer ones do.
