  Hey. I have purchased a plan but later i cancelled its subscription because i didn’t like that plan. And want to try another plan. I have not get WordPress credit that i have used to make a purchase. When will i get those back?

  The credits have been used and aren’t reinstated upon cancellation.

  Your original purchase, minus the credits, will be refunded when you cancel a plan. Typically it takes about ten days for that money to reach you.

  So that means i will not get that money back. Please dont think of me as cheap but can you give me more credits as earlier. Sorry if i said anything wrong. I really want premium plan.
