Regarding uploading content to my website

    I am trying to upload content to my website and your site in order to do that is very confusing to me. If I wanted to add content to my website do I create a new page and have it a child page under the page I want to add to? How does that work exactly because I am confused as to how to do that. Where are their tutorials in regards to adding stuff to my site. I am trying to create a portfolio website and need some help.

    To “Add Content” such as photos, music, videos etc, Take a look in:

    There are a few ways you can go about this, but since you mention a Portfolio based site, we will head in that direction. You chose the Lodestar theme. You can learn much about setting up your theme at the theme’s page: https://wordpress.com/theme/lodestar

    Setting up a Portfolio in the Lodestar theme is talked about on that page, scroll down about 2/3 of the way down and look for the Portfolio section.

    Portfolios are an excellent way to keep related material together, and there is an in-depth help page for Portfolios at:
