Phone support is not offered on WordPress.com, and it is not recommended you reveal your number as these forums are public. I’ve tagged staff to remove them.
In regards to videos, I’m noticing that you said you’re on the free plan. Access to VideoPress, which allows you to upload videos directly to your website, is limited to the Premium and Business Plan: https://en.support.wordpress.com/videopress/
The good news though is that you can host your video on another website, such as YouTube or Vimeo, and then embed that onto WordPress.com. This doesn’t require a paid upgrade or plan to do.
