  I want to upload the HTML file indicated above to this website of my mine in order to confirm my ownership of this website on google to get access to google’s webmaster tools for improving the google search rankings of my website. May I please know how can I be able to do this? What are the steps that I need to follow to upload the HTML file indicated above to my website?

  On WordPress.com sites you can only use the meta-tag verification method, or else the DNS verification method if you have a custom domain. It’s not possible to upload a HTML file directly to the server on a WordPress.com site.
