Regarding WooCommernce

  We are planning to use Woo COmmernce into our WordPress web site.

  My boss wants to represent realtime demo in front of him before we purchase the same.

  Is there any woocommerce implmentation demo site available?
  Where we can create our login account and check all available options in woocommernce, that would be helful to take final decision on that.

  We knew there are some video tutorial out there but we beleave in demo where we can check each and every option and try out wihtouth headache of installation same on our site.

  Sorry but you are in the wrong place.
  These forums are only for blogs/sites hosted by WordPress.com

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and different http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  And you should ask in the WordPress.org forums.
  http://wordpress.org/support/

  If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums, you’ll need to register one there.
