I have a domain and I was started creating website in Godaddy Website Builder, but for some feature related issues I want to work in WordPress. So need help urgently. Please guide me How Can i transfer my domain? Which will be better Domain Transfer or Domain Mapping? Should I get my content in wordpress which I have created earlier? need to clarify some doubts.

https://en.support.wordpress.com/incoming-domain-transfer/In both cases you need have upgraded WordPress.com plan.
