Regards billing issues. Charged me twice for an item I bought, only once.

    Dear WordPress (or so I hope)

    With all due respect, I do wonder if this very case will actually be posted as a regular puplic thread on one of you forums, as if so.. I am a bit worried that it’s not possible to make contact with a member of the wordpress staff. I might have got that wrong, however.

    Nevertheless, I just today reviewed my transaction list, of what your firm had charged me from my account. Basically, what I saw, you had charged me for three things. Two of them, indeed, being some that I do know that I intentionally bought – a theme and this.. regular bundle/subscription. However, with all respect, I think you might have made an accident, or I.. somehow… quantized the item/order twice. As you’ve charged me for around 100 dollars, extra.
    Now I know, in the first place, I placed an order of buying this Public Bundle, which I later had to refund because.. basically I wrote my domain wrong ;P (and seemingly you can’t renew/edit it once the procedure is done) And you did refund the money.
    But I just don’t memorize I have bought this public bundle thrice. All in all I know I’m missing 100 dollars, so to speak. And I sincerely yet seriously hope I can have that refunded.

    Thanks in advance, and I apologize the inconvenience of making such a case to, supposedly, a puplic forum, but since it seems to be the only way of contacting you (of what I know) I guess I was left without much choice;)

    You have a bundle and premium theme upgrade. The $99 bundle upgrade has been purchased, canceled/refunded and then purchased again. Which means there were 3 transactions in total, of which one was refunded. Please check out creditcard/paypal statement to see if you’ve received the refund.
