    I try to access WP admin, I do not remember the password because it was generated by my pc without being saved, since yesterday I have tried to send me an email to reset a password, but no email arrives, and I cannot proceed with the creation of my site

    We are unable to help because we don’t host your site directly on our WordPress.com managed hosting. Instead, your site is hosted with a different provider on a separate host, and we’re not able to access the backend of your site to take a closer look. But I’ll try to get you pointed in the right direction.

    If you’re unable to login via your site’s login page, you’ll need to reach out to your host Siteground for help. Since they’re hosting your site, they also have access to the backend of your site and are the best ones to help you reset your login password.
