  Hello I am from Karnataka. I would like to start a blog in Kannada. But I am unable to view any of the kannada sites or kannada blogs in my computer. All the characters are replaced by question marks in these sites. Please help me to overcome this problem.

  This usually means your browser lacks unicode support. If you are using Firefox 2, then you might have to wait for Firefox 3 to fix the issue. If you are on a Mac, Safari will usually display unicode very well. I have not used IE in a very long time so if you are using IE, then try looking for help on unicode support in IE on the web.
