Register a New Domain or Map an Existing Domain – which one should I do?

  I already have a hosted Domain name that I would like to transfer my site to.

  Should I ‘Register a New Domain’ or ‘Map an Existing Domain’? I still want to log into my WordPress blog and update my website from here.
