Register domain from Holland

  I want to register a domain, but because we live in Holland a fax number is required.
  Problem is, I don’t have one and don’t know anyone who has (it’s a bit old-fashioned because we all have email-addresses nowadays!)
  So please, is there another way? I really would like to register a domain, I want to do it at wordpress because we allready have a wordpress.com domain.
