Register expired domain

  Hi, I registred http://www.voselectriciens.com from this WordPress account and I can’t see it anymore in my domain. Can you help me to renew it? The domain name is in redemption period, I know there is a 80$ fees, but we really need to renew it ASAP because our email address are all linked to this domain name. Thank you for your help!

  Hi there,

  You’re correct that the domain is in redemption, but at the moment most domain registries, including the one that controls .com are waiving redemption fees to assist domain owners in financial difficulty due to the pandemic, so you only need to pay the regular renewal fee.

  I’ve sent you a link via email which you can use to pay that. Once we receive your payment we can reactivate your domain.

  I’ve recovered your domain from redemption, but I see you used to have it connected to the site at https://voselectricien.wordpress.com/, which you have since deleted.

  Can we undelete that site to restore the domain to it? Or would you prefer that we restore the domain to a different site in your account?

  We’ve been able to restore your domain to a new domain-only (i.e. not connected to a site) instance on your account, so you should see it again if you go to My Site ->Switch Site, and your email should also be working again.
