Have tried several times to register new blog but keep getting my details erased and intimated I start again ???

The heading and purpose of the new one is different entirely and more important to me than the first one.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Please log out and clear your browser cache and cookies before logging in again. Here are the instructions > http://en.support.wordpress.com/register-a-blog/

Are you trying to register a blog while signed in? Do you want it to be registered under the username I see here? Or are you trying to register a new username account under a different email address and then register a blog under it?

Why are u suggesting I log out and clear my browser cache and cookies ?
I have set Cookies at Medium Risk having been told this is a sensible level !

The next question is easier , it is the latter , I wish my new blog to have no connection at all with my first one and it seems I may need an entirely new account to achieve it. I am not sure why a different E/Mail address should be necessary. ?

    Many thanks for your help.

Strangely today I have discovered another way to set up a blog not involving ‘WordPress’ , May be this is just another option or might it be better?

The log-out and clear things seems to fix several “strange” behavior things on WordPress.com so that is one of the first things suggested when certain problems are encountered.

Your response to me requesting you clear your browser cache and cookies is odd because you don’t understand what I suggested and why I suggested it.

I did not request that you change your cookie settings.

Browsers are notorious for displaying outdated “cached” content. Many of the issues bloggers have when posting to support forums are immediately dealt with bu logging out, force clearing your browser cache and cookies and logging in again. This is a standard troubleshooting technique. See here please for browser specific instructions and know you ought to be doing this each and every time you experience an issue. > http://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/

It is necessary and it’s not negotiable. The unique identifier here is the email address you use to register a username account. If you want to have 2 blogs that are not associated with each other the only way to do that is to register another username account by providing a completely different email address.
