Hi! I would like to register a blog with the title expodigest.wordpress.com but, unfortunately, I do not get it. A while back, I checked the blog, but then deleted it, because I wanted to transfer to another account. Thanks for the reply.

Though deleted blog URLs are not recycled and reading 3 warnings, plus using a verification link in an email are required to delete a blog, you can register another blog with a similar name. http://en.support.wordpress.com/register-a-blog/
Or you can register a domain via a domain mapping upgrade and it will not matter what the underlying .wordpress.com address is.
