  If I buy a new domain through WordPress, could I be able to install third party themes within my website? Please let me know.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  No, domain mapping gives you exactly the same choice of themes, just with a wwww.yourdomain.com type of URL instead of wwww.yourdomain.wordpress.com type/

  Thanks a lot for your answer. Then what should I do? Should I register a new domain through GoDaddy or others if I want to install third party themes? How much would it cost & what are hosting charges? Please hep me.

  Yes, if you want to install themes you will have to self host. You might get better answers on cost and recommendations on the wordpress.org forums.
