  However, my site is not live and all pages are marked as private only so how can people be access these and registering

  I’m not seeing any content or users like that connected to your wefixfeetpro.wordpress.com site. Since it sounds like your site is not hosted with us but instead using the WordPress software (from WordPress.org) hosted elsewhere, we’re limited in what we can help with and advise.

  Most registration spam like this is due to you having registration open. If these registrations are shown under Users -> All Users in your dashboard, they’ve been added because you have the “anyone can register” option checked in your Settings -> General for “Membership” – on your WordPress login screen. You can verify this by visiting your site’s login page and seeing if there’s a “Register” link on the page.
