Registered a domain name with wordpress but it is not working

dragonrootmedia.org was the domain I registered with WordPress.com. It was renewed today when I upgraded to premium. It is not working and the link is broken. It shows up on My Domains and says it is active but when I submit it in the domain helper, it says it is not registered. I also changed DNS to link with zoho but it can’t find the nameserver either. For zoho, the CNAME is zb14260859 and should point to zmverify.zoho.com. This is for dragonrootmedia.wordpress.com

Domain Not Registered
It looks like the domain dragonrootmedia.org has not been registered. You can register and associate it with your blog from your domain management screen.Go to Domain helper https://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-helper/ and see for yourself.

As @galois mentioned, the domain: dragonrootmedia.org has not been registered. I see that you added a domain mapping, but it actually needs a domain registration instead.
So I have removed the incorrect domain mapping so that you can register the domain by going to Store > My Domains in your Dashboard. Please click on Register a New Domain Name and add:
dragonrootmedia.org

Also note, a domain is included in the WordPress.com Premium upgrade, so you will not have to pay extra for this.
