registered domain is not working

  I’ve just registered the domain http://www.avoafilmes.com and only the blog avoafilmes.wordpress.com is working. I can’t enter the website using the domain.

  This is not an instant process. It can take 24 to 72 hours for domain name changes to propagate throughout the internet – and you just made the changes

  I am not finding a way to communicate with wordpress and understand why the domain I’ve already registered is still available to be registered. Can anybody help me on that, please?

  I got the message bellow and followed the instructions but when I go to “store” – “domain” there is not a “domain administration” section and I can’t change the nameserver…

  How can I get in contact with wordpress to know what is happening?

  And if it is not possible, I’d like to have my refund and unregister this domain. What should i do then?
