Registered Domain Name

  Hello,

  I would like to change my registered domain name. I realized I need to change the name of my blog. Is there any way to change the one I’ve already purchased? Or do I have to purchase another?

  Hi,

  If you would like to change sweetcelebrationskc.com to something else, simply add a new domain to your WordPress.com site and make that new domain the primary domain.

  To add another domain, simply log into your WordPress.com site’s dashboard, click on Store–>Domains, enter the domain you want in the “add a domain” box and click the “add domain” button. Then simply follow the instructions that appear to register your domain.

  Once that is done, you can make sure that you have the correct domain set as primary by going back to Store–>Domains.
